Three Reasons Every New Business Needs a Formal Business Plan anIt doesn’t matter if you are starting a multi-million dollar corporation or a roadside lemonade stand, everyone can benefit from having a formal business plan. In fact, it should be the very first step in establishing any new business. Here are three reasons why –1) A Business Plan Contains Feasibility Research. The process of creating your business plan allows you to better understand the feasibility of your business idea. Unfortunately, not all new ventures are going to be successful because of outside factors, such as location, market trends, etc. By identifying this early on, you can save yourself a lot of precious time and money. I built a company from a bucket of water and a sponge into a National Car Wash Franchise System in 23 states. To do this you need to know more than what they taught you in school and you can never turn off your brain. Every person is different and has different interests. But I would like you to read thru my recommended reading list. This is a list I hand out to MBA and Entrepreneurial Students when I give speeches. It is a list of recommended book, biography, audio tapes and movies. Why is it important to establish the moral status of entrepreneurship? Unless it can be shown that the entrepreneur does what is morally worthwhile as an entrepreneur, that his role is ethically praiseworthy, not only his or her status in the market but the market itself becomes vulnerable to serious moral criticism. This is because it is well recognised that ethics are the free market's life line. Many economists are beginning to realise this. Indeed, it is entrepreneurial activity that makes the best sense of profit - another vital part of capitalism. However, without also demonstrating that entrepreneurship is ethical, the market would at most be hospitable to morally indifferent kinds of behavior I see the need for the modern Entrepreneur for on going learning, which must not stop after HS. In order to continue a life long education it is important to understand and observe the world, understand our places in it. We must also realize the ideals that got us here and the people who worked so hard to bring about the change needed to propel mankind's future. Below is a list of recommended Biographies, Books, Audio Tapes and Movies, which can assist you in your lifetime of learning and your pursuit of happiness as you Entrepreneur warriors deliver mankind everything we see, every where we go. This is a list I hand out to MBA and Entrepreneurial Students when I give speeches. It is a list of recommended book, biography, audio tapes and movies.1. First, accept the fact that you are not perfect and that nobody else is perfect, either. This seems self-evident, but a surprising number of people expect themselves to get everything right the first time, often without instruction.2. Drop your defensiveness. Feedback feels like criticism to many people. When you are tempted to explain why you behaved as you did, and why you could not possibly have done anything differently, stop yourself. Take a deep breath and listen carefully. Think about what is being said to you; try not to think about how you need to respond. Being able to do this takes courage and practice.3. Make sure you understand what you are being told. Ask questions abou I see the need for the modern Entrepreneur for on going learning, which must not stop after HS. Since there are many options available for the head of the fastener, a quarter turn fastener provides protection from vandalism or theft. The main component of the Quarter Turn Fastener is the stud that is fixed in a clip. These fasteners are called quarter-turn fasteners, because of their rapid way of opening. If the companies were doing well that is no problem, yet if the company is rolling in the profits it would make sense and the shareholders might agree that this is a good policy, as it is a reward for success.
