Get Rid of Your Unneeded Mortgage Insurance
Mortgage insurance is needed usually when a person cannot come up with at least 20 percent of the sale price of the home as a down payment. This is a huge amount of money, more than many people have on hand so most of us end up with this mortgage insurance. You should not have to pay this insurance forever though. Once you get 20 percent
Around 8 years ago I received an email from my employer informing me, that I must use hands free kit when using my mobile phone within my line of work. Of course they were not Blue tooth in those days, a thin wire stretched from my mobile phone to an earpiece that was permanently stuck in my ear for 10 hours a day. The email was in response to health fears that mobile phones could contribute or cause brain cancer, of course the email was my companies attempt to remove any chance of future claims. Are mobile phones safe is an argument that has been printed within the national newspapers and spoken about on TV news and debate programmes almost daily.

With was great surprise that I read in the UK newspapers January this year that mobile phones are in fact safe. This is not just an opinion, but research from the universities of Leeds, Manchester and the Institute of Cancer research in London. They claim that those who regularly use mobile phones where not at greater risk of developing glioma the most common type of brain cancer.

There was a link from those who developed glioma in relation to the side of the head and where that person would normally hold a phone. However the researchers believed that those who had developed cancer had made their own link to where they were holding the phone.

There was still some concerns though, that it may take up to 30 years of mobile phone usage or statistics to fully decide any dangers they may be. The research was also part funded by the 5 UK service providers which have cited comments that the research would favour these providers.

What is true though, is that the debate is going to continue for some time to come. In fact if 30 years is a true calculation, I calculate about another 15 years of coverage. Student Loans: The Harsh Reality
When you’re in college and having fun you never think twice about taking out huge student loans to support your finances. I know people who have taken over $70,000 out and more than half of it was for leisure spending. At that age, money doesn’t seem to matter. However, once you find yourself making payments of $300 and some odd dollars

Price History Tells Us When Securities Are Overbought Or Oversold
Overbought condition means the price point when buyers will be replaced by sellers for a position in that stock. An oversold condition means the price point when sellers will be replaced by more buyers who are bargain hunting or bottom fishing for profit opportunities. You would think without a clear answer on the subject, we would all be bored of the subject, but clearly the press still deem this to be newsworthy.

We may able to get good mobile phone deals nowadays but I don’t think we are getting a good deal from the press and researchers on real facts and not speculation.

I continue life with my now blue tooth hands free stuck to my ear for 10 hours a day or so, and it shall stay there until someone can put this debate to end once and for all.
