Go to Microsoft’s site and do a search for “User String Agent Utility”. Having said that, I highly recommend that you DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM. My own tests and those of others show that it seems to fail to fix the problems with Explorer 7 and actually cause more!

So, what can you do? You are not going to like this answer. Most people are finding the best solution is to remove Explorer 7 entirely and go back to Explorer 6. Microsoft will eventually get around to making Explorer 7 functional, but it is going to take a while. If you want to hang in there, you can do it but I don’t think it is a smart move.
