Well, if you are in fact a member of the fairer sex, then you're more than likely in love with shoes. Not to be stereotypical here, but I've yet to run into a gal who doesn't love her footwear. Now that we're on the subject, where do you shop for your shoes? Let me guess, you're probably going to say anywhere and everywhere. Well, that's all well and good, but are you getting the best deals that you can? The majority of men and women don't put much thought into it, but there is an entire universe of shoe stores on the Internet. Yes, that's correct; the Internet is jam packed with retail shoe stores. This is why you should consider the plethora of online shoe stores. There are more great deals out there that you could possibly imagine.Have you searched the web lately? Shame on you if you only hit up the local shoe stores for your collection of footwear. That is really only a drop in the proverbial bucke Niche Marketing For Home Based Business Golly! Dog lovers the world over (well in the US and Europe anyway) are trying to get the Koreans to stop eating dogs. They have even enlisted FIFA to step in and put the pressure on the Koreans. See the report here:In an age of technology, niche marketing has become easier and harder at the same time. It is easier in the fact that computers and software programs have been designed to practically do all the niche marketing work for you, and is harder in the sense that if you try to go at it alone you will not be able to reach the amount of people you might have been able to a couple of decades ago.The reason for this is today people hit the Internet looking for something in particular and they generally begin looking on search engines such as Google, Yahoo and the like. The people searching for the particular information you provide on your web page may not be searching for it using the same words you use, might misspell the words, or not know how to specify what they are looking for at all. This can cause some significant problems for your web page and increasing traffic or capturing potential traffic. You need not worry about this because you can do several th Imagine what would happen if suddenly these fastidious people realized that Thais eat not only dogs but insects too! With over 6,000 restaurants in Korea serving up about 1 million dogs a year, it would seem to be a difficult task indeed to stop the Koreans eating dogs. Imagine how much harder it would be to stop the Thais eating their favorite foods. Although I had lived in Thailand about 10 years before I married my current wife, I had only noted the Thai fondness for insects from a distance. It wasn’t until my wife and I were married in a simple ceremony at her parent’s home in a small village way outside Ubon that I came close to the practice. We hired a van to drive up there taking a few of our close friends with us to witness our union and to enjoy a fun filled few days up in the country. I’m not sure what was served up at the reception because there was just too much of it and we were happily draining a couple of cases of Mekhong whiskey and ‘Lao Khao’, the Thai equivalent of moonshine. The day after the wedding my new family, and there were dozens of them, took us to the Moon River for a picnic aboard floating bamboo rafts. We all sat down anticipating a delicious Bar-B-Q and some seafood. The first course was mouth-watering banana leafs full of red ant eggs. Hmmm. Imagine how much harder it would be to stop the Thais eating their favorite foods.Having a good mission statement for your company is essential and it really does not matter how big or small your company. Consider it like a Constitution really. It is much about the goals and objects, morals and integrity, as well as the link between what you do in the market place with what you do internally in your organization. It needs to be a yardstick of sorts, which also clearly indicates what you consider winning and success.Every person in the company, non-profit, team, unit or organization must understand their job description and how that it applies to the groups mission statement, if they fail to understand this then they will make a mistake when they are required to think outside the box of what they have been trained when the scenario does not fit the situation at hand. They need to be able to readily see how their job and doing it well relates to the over all mission statement, goals and objectives of the entire team. This is why most people overlook the option of paying points on their Ohio refinance loan. The problem is, they also miss out on the opportunity to save money over the life of their loan. The information below can help you determine whether or not you should pay points on your refinance. What are Points? There are two different types of points that can be paid with an Ohio refinance loan: origination points and discount points. Origination points are required to pay for part of the closing costs and are paid to the originating lender. Discount points are optional points that can be paid to lower your interest rate. One point is equal to one percent of the loan. It is a fantastic way of corresponding, because you do not have to wait for the post to be collected and delivered and in many cases it's even better than the telephone, because you do not have to wait for the other person to be at their phone at the very same time. Therefore it is quiet logical that the amount of emails in the past few years has increased dramatically. According to statistics by the Radicati Group from the first quarter of 2006 the number of emails sent per day to be around 170 billion - thereof 70% are spam or viruses! This relentless bombardment of one email after another on a day-to-day basis results in distraction, stress, addiction and over all in reduced productivity at the workplace. Each new email brings you off focus and away from your important projects and tasks. They were quite tasty.Owning a home may be the American dream, but many people are dreaming about making money in real estate. We have all read stories about someone that made millions in real estate. The fact is many people are living out their dreams buying ugly houses and then selling them weeks or a few months later – often for beautiful profits. But how are some people able to do this, sometimes even the newbies? Not surprisingly, there are some rules to follow. And the more attention you pay to the rules, the better the chances of you earning some serious money. I got my start in real estate several years ago by “flipping” houses. What is house flipping?Flipping a house is the process of buying a house in need of repairs, at a price much lower than market value, quickly adding value by making the necessary repairs to get the house to market standards, and then selling the house for a profit. And you do this by using little or none of your own money Next came a selection of deep-fried insects, mostly grasshoppers, but I think there were other things in there that looked like cockroaches too. My Thai hosts assured me that these were very clean cockroaches harvested from among the rice stalks on their farm. Definitely not my cup of tea thanks, but the Thais crunched on them with relish. The first few times I returned it was much the same. I must say that my Thai family tried valiantly to serve me up food I could actually eat, but they didn’t really know much about farung food. My basic staple while I was up there was usually omelets or white bread spread with margarine, and instant Nescafe for breakfast. I never eat white bread or drink instant coffee, so apart from my terrible hunger pains it was also an expression of my love for my new family that I actually downed it all with a smile on my face. I’ve learned since then to go prepared and I always take a cooler filled with UHT milk, a pound of butter, fresh coffee beans, and some cheese. I keep the cheese until the Thais drag out their ‘Pla Ra’ fermented fish. So we both sit there with beatific smiles on our faces tucking into incredibly smelly food. Hey! Fair is fair, right? Pla Ra has got to be one of the most disgusting foods ever for us fastidious farungs. It’s made by fermenting fish in earthen jars buried in the ground. The resulting mess smells as bad as it sounds,
