Investing - How To Stretch Your IRA Tax-Free
Income taxes are a great inhibitor to building wealth. I’ve talked about the power of stretching an IRA across multiple generations and how it can build tremendous wealth. Now, I’ll show you how it can be done income tax-free.Last week I shared a little-known secret of how to legally turn an investment of $3500 per year into MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. No, it wasn’t by winning the lottery! It was through the power of ‘stretching’ an IRA.Most people think that when they inherit an IRA that they have to take all the money out and pay taxes on it right away. But the IRS allows someone who has inherited an IRA to ‘stretch’ it over their life expectancy. They are only required to take out a small portion each year, allowing the rest to continue growing

From our deconstruction of hundreds of Hollywood blockbusters at www.managing-creativity.com/

The Hero's Journey is the template upon which the vast majority of successful stories and Hollywood blockbusters are based upon. In fact, ALL of the Hollywood movies we have deconstructed are based on this template.

Understanding this template is a priority for story or screenwriters.

    The Hero's Journey:

    a) Attempts to tap into unconscious expectations the audience has regarding what a story is and how it should be told.

    b) Gives the writer more structural elements than simply three or four acts, plot points, mid point and so on.

    c) Interpreted metaphorically, laterally and symbolically, allows an infinite number of varied stories to be created.

Once you've decided to sell your house, your next big decision will be whether to list your house with a realtor, or try to sell your house yourself. There are pros and cons on either side of the discussion, and good reasons why you'd choose one or the other. Should you sell your house yourself, or hire a realtor to do it for you?You should sell your home yourself if:1. You bought the house that you're selling less than five years ago.Usually, owning your home for only a short time means that your equity in the house is low. Since the realtor's commission will come out of your equity, any commission that you pay will cut directly into any profit you might realize on the house.2. You can afford to pay for advertising and listing costs up froky; the barman stops.

Having children isn’t cheap these days, especially in the long term – the older they get, the more they cost. Higher education prices continue to soar and it’s almost impossible to get onto the housing market without having some capital or homeowner loans. All of these things may seem so far ahead, especially if your child is very young, but now’s the time to start saving to ensure you can provide what your children need further down the line.Surveys suggest that we’re starting to realise this. A report published by Mintel in October 2005 found that 75% of British parents with children under 14 are now saving for their children’s futures. Nearly six million parents are now saving for their children, compared to just under five million in 2003. So it’s Jasmin coffee.
