    Are Lady-Realtors Better Than Boy-Realtors?
Let me ask you this: what do you do if Brigitte Bardot decides all of a sudden to show your listing?Alright, call me sexist (which, may I proudly point out, my doctor says it's in my genes), but this is exactly what has happened to me the other day. I receive a telephone call from this chick ... hem, lady-Realtor saying she wants to show to her clients this apartment I have just listed in Downtown Vancouver. I should have known that the voice was too suave. So this Brigitte Bardot-at-age-28 look-alike shows up with these couple of Buyers, almost accidentally left by me outside the door as I stood there in a state of subliminal, contemplative amazement. And I thought cloning had been
From our deconstruction of hundreds of Hollywood blockbusters at www.clickok.co.uk/

The Hero's Journey is the template upon which the vast majority of successful stories and Hollywood blockbusters are based upon. In fact, ALL of the Hollywood movies we have deconstructed are based on this template.

Understanding this template is a priority for story or screenwriters.

    The Hero's Journey:

    a) Attempts to tap into unconscious expectations the audience has regarding what a story is and how it should be told.

    b) Gives the writer more structural elements than simply three or four acts, plot points, mid point and so on.

    c) Interpreted metaphorically, laterally and symbolically, allows an infinite number of varied stories to be created.

eBay Misspelled Auctions Can Make Your Real Money
eBay is the internet's byword for on-line auctions. But good as it is, it still relies on the seller accurately describing their item in the eBay system. As a result many items are sold each day with titles and descriptions which are misspelled. In fact, many of these misspelled items will never be sold as the standard eBay searches simply won't find them. If you're clever, and use the correct tools then you can find these misspelled items and buy them for a song.If you can buy the items cheaply then with a little care and good planning on your part you can sell then later at a profit. I use this methodology for two of my own business models and I make very good profits on them. The first of these b

    Abatement of Senatorial Insincerity
All too often we watch the Senators of the United States of America make statements on our television sets while we are in our own living rooms. If you have been watching politics on TV for the last few decades you have obviously seen a repeat of the past and it is relatively obvious to you when they are completely lying and blowing smoke up the rear end of Americans. We need the abatement of Senatorial insincerity and we need to make sure that our elected representatives do not treat us as fools. Remember they are our elected representatives and actually they work for us. If you see your local senator in your district changing his mind or has been wishy-washy on issues or if you catch them in an o

Relevant Content is the Key to Generating Successful Website Traffic
Today I received a phone call from a potential client who found our website searching Google for companies that could help increase traffic to her website. For the purpose of this article, let’s call her Tammy. I initially started the conversation asking Tammy what types of marketing she is currently doing to help generate traffic to her website. She mentioned she has setup Google AdWords and Yahoo! Sponsorship campaigns for her business, but is unfortunately not generating any sales. I said ok, that’s a great start. I then asked her what else she is doing. Tammy said, “Nothing that’s why I need your help”. We both laughed. This is a very common conversation that I have
