Learning The Process Of Order Fulfillment
The goal of most businesses is to profit and give out the best products and services that they can offer to customers. For companies who manufacture sellable items, producing the end product is not the final step. You already know that your products will sell. The next thing that you need to do is deliver the products either to the stores or straight to your cus

For Effective Decisions, Look Beyond Career Stereotypes
You've probably been taught not to stereotype people based on race, religion or sex. But when you make a career or business decision, do you still make decisions based on stereotypes?"Insurance sales reps must be gregarious."Hal, a successful insurance agent for many years, has developed a portfolio of loyal, happy clients. Liberty League International (LLI) is well known over the internet. It has been around for a while, which is normally good. However, with LLI there are too many reasons that one should not join.

I have researched the internet for over a year, evaluating opportunities. I took a long hard look at Liberty League and decided that LLI was not right for me. I used an extensive process, which I recommend you use to determine whether or not a home based business opportunity is right for you.

First off, I looked for a business that has everything listed up front. LLI passes the test for this one. You are able to look at their products and understand their business model before you join.

Next, I looked for a program with large income potential. You see, getting someone to a web site that offers $15 payouts is just as easy as getting someone to a website with $1000 payouts. LLI also passes this test, so I continued to look further.

I then checked out all of the major forums to see what others were saying about the program. Now, I offer a word of caution here. On these forums there will always be someone saying something negative about the programs. That is just a fact of life. Earnings Claims from Franchisors
There has been talk at the Federal Trade Commission of requiring Franchisor’s to give earnings claims in their disclosure documents. The franchise rights groups want it and the consumers need it to help them make a decision. But unfortunately with all the litigation in our nation it is too risky for franchisors. The Federal Trade Commission put forth a report on

Business Grants Can Make You A More Effective Entrepreneur
The world rotates around money, we all know that. We all want to find affordable ways of starting or improving our businesses, but money always seem to be an issue. So then, why don’t we direct our attention towards business grants? Think about it: we are talking about advantageous financial offers coming from the government – tempting, right? But before you mak

HOLY SMOKE! Was THAT An Illegal Question?
Let's start out by saying that you should not be too worried about being asked an illegal interview question for devious, underhanded purposes. In most cases the interviewer is making innocent conversation, or trying to find out if you are going to be able to perform the essential duties of the job.Keeping that in mind, let's look at an example. Let's say
n here. On these forums there will always be someone saying something negative about the programs. That is just a fact of life. They have negative attitudes and diss programs they have never been involved with. So if there is one person saying some negative things, I usually overlook that.

What I use as my barometer is whether or not multiple people are saying bad things. You can also look for former reps to hear what they have to say. This is where LLI did not pass my test. There are numerous people saying bad things. Moreover, you can find old reps saying bad things.

I also look to see what the success rates are with the program. I could not find a single person in LLI who would tell me the success rate of the people in their program. This would lead me to believe that most people are not succeeding.

The next thing that I look for in a program is the amount of time spent on the phone. Most people do not want to join programs that require you to be on the phone a lot. Due to this, you want to find a program that does not require a significant amount of time on the internet. LLI fails this test, as you are required to be on the phone constantly. This is one of the main reasons that people do not succeed in this business.

I also look for companies where you do not have to lie about the money you are making.
