Finding Joy Through the Human ConnectionEvery time the phone rings, every time you hear that tentative “hello,” every time a customer walks through the door is your opportunity to make a human connection. The words that you say and the way that you say them create an opportunity for joy. The connection that comes from two people speaking and listening to each other can be a joy or a labor. The difference is in the vocal picture you present. You can look at every contact as an opportunity or a trial but when you focus on the energy and excitement you stand to gain from each exchange, these contacts turn into your opportunity for joy.Joy can make hours fly by, laughter ring, and smiles abound. Does this sound like a dream? You can make this dream a reality simply by approaching every connection with optimism and hopefulness. Draw your vocal image of joyful connection with your tone and tenor. Avoid prejudging or making assumptions because they can create a totally unnecessary atmosph
for example you others that decide to go with something different like the rich jerk. Now one of his secret weapons in attracting visitor and more importantly converted clients is the power of curiosity, you see a obnoxious add somewhere from the RJ, now why did you click on his ad? Because you were curious, probably you were thinking "This guy can't be serious" or "How dare him! Lets see what hes got" or simply "Haha funny never seen this type of ad before I gotta click on this." Curiosity just another tool in thinking outside the box. Would be feel curious with the urge to click the link if the ad was just like any other generic ad you see? I don't think so. Although being cunning isn't must have knowledge if you wan to be successful but it is a welcomed bonus that make tiniest of different. Being cunning can apply to anything in the real world not just the internet. One idea I will share with is example, taking notice in seeing unpainted speed bumps which is hard to see when driving at night which can be a pain in the ass and in the car's ass too. Intergenerational Dynamics in Your Workforce - Challenge or Opportunity?Think age diversity doesn’t affect your workplace? Before you respond, read the following situations and highlight those that you’ve observed in your organization:·Baby Boomers who insist on calling meetings for everything.
·Gen X’ers who appear to only be in it for themselves.
·Younger workers who assume that if you don’t have an I-pod you are computer illiterate.
·Seasoned employees who keep reminding everyone the way things used to be.
·Younger managers struggling to gain the respect of older workers who are subordinates. If you checked off more than one box then your organization is among the many facing intergenerational workplace issues. Some companies actually believe these issues will go away on their own. They operate under the premise that older workers will retire and the younger people will mature in time to take the leadership roles vacated by this generation. Problem solved.Forward thinking companies u
Greatness, power, global recognition, yeah it can happen but for anyone or everyone? Say that you start some internet marketing campaign or simply something like a starting a local restaurant, the universal rule applies to everyone and everything.
This is a certain psychological aspect you must maintain to advance and get rich or at least make a decent about of money/respect/fame etc. I assume everyone knows this and can relate it to the idea of positive thinking or the so called "laws" of attraction well most of what they can is true, some of them may include
Mental Planning/Goal setting
Lets take some successful in history for just an example, lets see, Michael Jordan, now not the first choice you would expect as an example in mental planning but think about it, it still applies. You think he was simply "born" with the gift? Well yes but also had to hone his natural skills, if we were to believe full on about being with gifts then I would expect me to be having a gift of piano playing and simply achieve prodigy status with no trouble, it doesn't work that way practice is key but before practice there is mental planning. Now put yourself in Michael Jordans teenage mind, he is young, with a bright future in basketball that he just realized, a knack if you will. You can be sure that he had some schedule mapped out in his head, like committing to throw 100 shoots each day, taking up jogging, a special kind of diet or whatever it may be and it is mental planning. Anyone can play basketball and play quite good by practice. But if you think about making long term success with it, a mental plan is crucial.
Passion/Positive Mindset
Most people on the internet look for those get rich quick sales pages and a get quick moment "high" of hope when they see the guru's personal results, paycheck screenshots, testimonial and them "crazy promises" as a way feeling good with hope and proceed to daydream for the next minute or two about their potential successes in the future... THIS IS WAY INTERNET MARKETING IS SO SUCCESSFUL because other than the fact that its more convenient with selling the endless supply of digital products and less risky than real life businesses, the sales come from the high the costumer feels when they see the page and makes impulse buys with hopes or solutions in mind. That is positive mindset they created for themselves in the moment but one problem, it won't last, simply because they later realize that it involves actual work and see it has a chore and the next thing you know the ebook collects edust. If you are going to pursue something Passion is really important, with passion comes a positive mindset that gives you confidence to pursue and not stop at nothing to achieve your goal.
Action/Not being lazy
Now on to action, recently I saw that movie "The secret" which talks about the laws of attraction. Interesting topic but there is one element I noticed was missing. ACTION! They talk about having positive outlook in life all good things will become attracted to them if you keep up with the upbeat thinking. But the problem with the movie is they make it seem like you want to window shop at any store and if you concentrate long in enough in imagining yourself with possession with it KAZAAM it somehow falls from the sky just like that. Now I know that is not their intention but the need of action is essential. I mean it's not like I create positive vibes in having an article in ezinearticles.com and POOF there is it listed, no I have to type these words which is action. In the passion/positive mindset I have mention when people find in their IM ebook or their business class that it would take real work and time, it automatically discourages them and they pursue something else. Luck for me I have found great passion when I type articles like these which isn't to me "work" which then prompts me to action and not being lazy towards it since I actually look forward to my next piece on any niche with my thoughts, philosophy, opinions and advice.
Cunning/Thinking outside of the box
My favorite aspect, the art of being cunning, creative or thinking outside the box. Lets do another example, probably you have heard of the Rich Jerk, yes a IM marketing with a gimmick? Now why is he successful? It's pretty obviously I think, originality! Come on how many IM market "gurus" do you see with the professional/clean cut concept to their site design/sales pitch? A hell of a lot I say, although there are many that goes with the formal approche like John Reese for example you others that decide to go with something different like the rich jerk. Time for a New Job?Whether working for a company or organization for a year or decades, it is always difficult to decide when to move on to another employer. There are certain signs that any individual can look for around the work place. While may of these seem like common sense, others are more subtle and are just an important, if not more so.Time in the jobConsider how long you have been in the same job with the same title performing the same function. If it is longer than twenty-four months and a new job for the same employer is not pending, then it may be time to look for a new job. Consider changing jobs within a company or organization every eighteen to twenty-four months. Anything longer labels you as a “lifer” in the role.PromotionAre others around you in similar roles and organizations getting promoted and you are not. Ask yourself why. If they have similar functions, skills and background and they are getting promoted about you, it

It's Time to Get Bodacious About Your CareerLet me ask you this question: Do you believe that if you work hard at the office and you get along well with your co-workers and your boss, you'll be rewarded with more pay and promotions?Yeah, you probably do. Many years ago, I know I believed that..Fresh out of college with my engineering degree, I took a job at America Online as a $8 an hour customer service rep (after deciding I didn't want to be an engineer.) Little did I know, that I was about to embark on my own bodacious career.AOL was a fledgling start-up company that exploded into a global Internet giant. During this massive growth, I performed my job well, had a positive attitude and kept getting promoted. After 10 years, I became the first head of Corporate Training for AOL, with over 12,000 employees!I was a dedicated AOL employee who had "played by rules" (do a good job, be well- liked, and you will get promoted.) So you can imagine my reaction when I asked my boss

Where to Find Blank Business CardsBlank business cards can be a valuable asset to any business or individual. Even though most companies order their business cards from a card company that also prints them, it can also be very beneficial to order a supply of blank business cards for your use. Blank business cards can be customized to suit most any situation. These blank business cards are a great way to customize cards when need be. If you think about it, why would you want to use the same business cards for every situation or for everyone one of your clients? If you have blank business cards on hand, you will be able to customize each one to meet the needs necessary. For example, if you are doing sales work for a client, it would be nice to have something about that on your card; but if you are performing copywriting functions for a client, you may want to mention something to that effect. There are as many different business card ideas as there are "functions" in your business.<

Facing challenges a.k.a. reality/Not giving a damn and move on
Now whether you want to start for example, a coffee shop. There will be always be challenges and walls ahead such as conflicting schedules with family/day job, competition from starbucks, procrastination, lack of planning, creating that original idea or gimmick, the haters etc. that is evolved in your road to success which is why I say 99 percent of the people fail and achieve greatness in the end. Think about it... in the perfect world everyone would commit to something automatically be great or/and famous as a result no it wouldn't work (briefly discussed in the matrix). But you know what? I am glad challenges exists, I AM GLAD THAT LIFE CAN BE DIFFICULT it is what separate men from the boys, its just and perfect reason for it to exist, it's normal and makes sense. If you play super mario with absolutely no goombas, turtles and those venus fly traps in pipes to impede/irritate you? No because it would be pointless and won't generate satisfaction from beating it. Which is one of the principle reasons in why many people want to be successful, to get the satisfaction "high" from it, and the road blocks of life is what makes it worth while.
Now there are two kinds of highs you can get when you discuss entering the world of entrepreneurship/business whether online or offline, the first one would be the quick and shorted lasted
"high" from hope and daydreaming from reading that get rich sales letter or theme restaurant idea on paper and the other is in realizing your wealth, greatness, self-made man status you created simply because you followed all the psychological aspects for real in this article which would definitely last till the day you die.
Looking forward in creating the next article, thanks for your time take care.
