When I mention process, most small business owners I work with stare at me blankly. You see, very few have a growth process in their business. Instead, they focus solely on marketing and selling.

Listen, those are key elements to focus on but at some point in your business you will grow tired when you realize the foundation you set is unstable. Consistent growth requires strategy otherwise, you risk being chained to your small business and instead of living your dream as an entrepreneur, you are stuck with a j-o-b, that won't grow without you.

The most important part of your business growth system is YOU (refer to point #2), followed by a great offer, positioning yourself powerfully in your market, creating a system to market your wares, preparing your business for growth, building a team (there's #1) and leveraging your knowledge.
