Trial Self was storming hot this morning. She felt that her master being so irritating asking her to do thing that are not urgent but seemingly very excited to master himself.

She was so angry because the weekend the palace is having a very important function and there are so many preparations to be done and pile of work to be completed before the function starts. And here come the master asking her to do things that are not urgent that can be hold and wait till next week after everything is over.

She was so angry and wanting to scream her head off. Old Self came along and asked “Why are you so upset, isn’t that what we’ve been doing all this while. Just be cool and do as master command. It has been many years we worked like this, just do what he asked, followed the instruction given and worked. Why are you so upset all a sudden. Be obedient, keep quiet, followed his instruction and life will be so easy.” “Come on, be cool stay at low profile and you will be fine. Just do like usual ok.”

Trial Self said “No! Enough is enough, I am not like you I know what is needed to be done urgently and what is important. I know I need to complete all this urgent work or the funtion will end up in a mess. I am not going to compromised. I am not going to do something that are not urgent and can be hold and wait till next week. Whatever it is I am definitely not staying back over time to rush the job for him. I will do my job that needed my immediate attention not some work that can be wait till next week!!” “I don’t want to work like you and end up being all stress up and tired”. “I don’t care!”

You need to strike some balance in work, don’t do everything that calls to you attention but the very urgent and important things that needed your attention. You worked too hard in anything and every thing, you need to give yourself sometime to rest too. You are such a diligent worker I can see such good quality in you. But you will get burn up easily if you attend to every call for your attention.”

New Self continued ‘So what we need is to balance ourselves know our function well and what is needed to be done urgently. And communicate with our master proper and get the job done. Old self and Trial self are now both happy with the end solution. They both are thankful and inspire by New Self wisdom and mutuality.

New Self thought to herself and smiled. She was once like Old Self and Trial Self. But now she has changed and come into a new stage of her life in mutuality and became wiser as she learn from her pass mistake. It took her years to learn and be wise. She smile, near to forty years of life is a long, long journey of learning experience.
