My own experiments with "short form" (name, address, email) as opposed to "long form" (name, address, email, and several survey questions related to level of interest) have shown that the "long form" or "surveyed" leads convert to prospects and customers at a much, much higher rate.

    Response rates from purchased leads need not be that much different than from leads you have generated yourself, *if* you take the time to work with them correctly, and quickly provide the information that they requested.
