What it does to you is it says that you do not know anything about your company that you must call someone else to answer the questions that your prospect has. Would you buy a BMW from a sales person that had to call another person over to answer all your questions? No, you are not going to buy form the first sales person but the person you feel that is the better person.

What a 3-way calling does to your image and self confidence is that it destroys it and your creditability as a leader. Why would a person signup underneath you if they know that you can not even answer their questions? Is this true that you can not answer their questions? Most likely not you have most likely spent enough time and energy finding all about your MLM Company that you surely can answer their question, but were not trained to answer them except with a 3-way call with your up-line.
