    Seven Steps to Successful Selling
    1. Prospecting breeds activity. Regardless of the number of existing customers you happen to have, prospecting is basic to selling. It's not always the potential for new business that makes prospecting such an important activity, but the competitive information you are able to collect in the process. As you prospect, keep your eyes open for new and innovative ideas that are working for the prospect. You never know what useful idea you'll stumble across when visiting a prospect you’re unfamiliar with. It may be a new technique
So much is happening in the world of home business that I can’t stop sharing with you my endless passion for the business!

It’s a joy to see enthusiastic entrepreneurs totally immersed in their businesses, retired servicemen refilled with vigor and hundreds of you who keep writing to me sharing your new experiences and learnings. I am more than eager to share with you one such mail from a young network marketer – Virginia Roberts, who has just had her first meeting with a prospect. She tells me how she was successfully able to make him join her enterprise.

Virginia says, “It is quite an experience meeting interesting people who are completely strangers but give us a great opportunity to be of value to them. I met this gentleman last week at his office. Interestingly, he is retiring the next month and is pretty much excited about his travel plans across America after that. Now in his late fifties, Daniel Chapman, would spend the rest of his life meeting new people and writing memoirs!

My introduction of the business to him was a bit distasteful to him though. That was something he wasn’t prepared to listen to. He only wanted to enjoy visiting new places across the country and this idea of doing home business was as an anticlimax.

I told Daniel of the advantages that would accrue to him once he moved into it. Who anyway was stopping him from traveling? In fact, that will be the right time to do a business as flexible as network marketing. He any way would be meeting new people and making new contacts. Wouldn’t he want to make the most out of that golden opportunity by earning some money and still enjoying the travel that he planned with his wife? Anyways he wouldn’t want to go broke after finishing his grand voyage! What next then? Had he planned something for the future? He wasn’t getting any younger! What if he suffered illness? Well I didn’t go further, finished my remaining presentation and left him mulling over the blunt questions that I asked him.

Two days later, I got a call from him saying he wanted to talk further! I went to his office and this time Daniel sat smiling and composed as if saying – ‘Hey! I totally agree with what you told me!’ He happily joined my enterprise without even discussing further.”

Virginia has unknowingly practiced the art of persuasion with Daniel Chapman. This is an art only if used wisely or it becomes a blunder. It is very important to discern the difference between persuasion and persistence here. A seasoned persuader would never directly try convincing a prospect to join his or her business, as that would only repel anyone.

Persuasion, on the other hand, is trying to first build up that need or desire in the listener. And that’s what Virginia did. She so articulately built up a background and planted the seeds of desire to move into network marketing in Daniel’s mind. That was subtle and apt. And that’s how any seasoned persuader would persuade – impregnating a thought that does the rest of the job.

Immature marketers, unfortunately commit the mistake of persuading without creating that need in their prospect’s mind. The only response they get then is rejection.

    Debt Consolidation Lending
Many folks today are facing ever increasing burdens of debt. Most people have problems with maintaining their monthly bills. With the rising costs of homes and automobiles this problem is only going to persist for the foreseeable future. Many of us are in desperate need of help.Usually, we tried to hide the fact that we are in financial difficulty. Often our own families do not know there is a problem. More and more each day we depend on credit cards to meet day to day expenses. As the months go by the increasing balances and mini

Team Building – The Only Way to Succeed
A great way to build a stronger team is to increase the understanding that every member has with regard to the part they play in the team and the part that all other members play. The more a person knows about how they contribute to the whole the more motivation they will have to do their best. If everyone does their best the teams will always succeed. It is just that easy.I have spoken to people that say that they never include certain jobs’ members in their team building activities. This is a problem since everyone has a job
