Starting Out On A Business Career
Career guidance and counseling can be helpful to choose the right career path because each career requires some special skill sets for success. Similarly, when embarking on a business career, it is important to have the right guidelines before selecting a specific direction. To excel in business you need to be intelligent, analytical, meticulous, motivated, dedicated, have good oral and written communication skills, and should be fluent with th

A company also follows most of the time changes in the same way by canalizing the effects of different causes. A third category of companies (institutions) however deal with change in a different way; they are more in the lead of change. They could be pictured as change leaders; empowering others to move into a new direction.

Sometimes things just happen...Unless there is someone who interferes -- the intervention as it is called in change management terminology -- with development that might need some (serious) attention. Awareness to start with. Recently Greenpeace signaled the massive constructional development on the Spanish coasts.

All of us who deal with change can learn from organization like Greenpeace that are to deal with resistance all the time.

The style of Greenpeace is influenced by thoughts of Margaret Mead:

    The Future of Change Management
The future of change management is when robotic artificial intelligent androids will be the ones making decisions rather than people and humans will have to accept this without sabotaging the equipment or computer systems. This will be when robots vs. machines compete for the top executive positions. It will be funny too because the artificial intelligent business decision systems will be able to work without ego, over confidence, pride,

The #1 Way To Kill A Phone Interview
Typically the topic of verbal crutches is something that people are coached on when they are improving their group presentation skills. Verbal crutches are those little “connector” words that all of us use from time to time. These are the ums, ahs, and even in the case of one candidate I interviewed—fabulous, that we unconsciously toss in while we’re thinking about the next sentence.Let me tell you—this will KILL and I mean—RUIN your c

Jet Aviation has announced that they have been sold, pending antitrust clearance, to the Permira Funds a leading international private equity specialist.
