How to Make Your Own Products Out of Private Label Products I
When you are involved in internet marketing there is nothing quite like having your own products. One way to achieve this is to learn how to make your own products out of private label products. You can do many things with these that you cannot do with affiliate products. You can sell them on your own website, and even create a mini

My Marketing Plan Is Complete - Am I Missing Something?
The business world is a strange place, filled with the lush potential and intoxicating beauty of a tropical jungle, and all the deadly elements that lie beneath. The Marketing Plan is your guide to navigating the jungle, steering you from strangling vines and undergrowth towards captivating waterfalls just right for quenching your thirst.I can`t emphasize enough that price is what dictates the market when selling Real Estate.

If you`re pricing a home today,it`s much wiser to make sure the sellers don`t have delusion's of grandeur in thinking they`re home is worth more than the market bears.

    Case in point.

I just got back from a listing appointment in Cooper City,Florida it`s a beautiful 4bed,3ba,2Cg SFH in a very nice community. It`s been listed for $544,000. The first Realtor held the listing since July,2005. The second one has held the listing since Nov. 2006.

Both of them it seems never bothered to explain to the seller that the home is "Priced Too High", can you imagine keeping a listing on the MLS for such a long period of time?

I spoke to the seller in great detail, showed them the comps, closed sales, pending sales and expired!

It`s my opinion that we should list this home for $495,000. The seller looked at me as if I was from another planet somewhere in the solar system.

They told me under no way shape of form would they sell their home under $525,000!

I have no idea how many of you would handle this type of seller, but I felt that it was time someone "told these people the truth"..

To Buy or Not to Buy? Motivating Your Customers to Take Action!
All customers have a choice to make. Sometimes that choice is between your product and your competitor’s, but sometimes it’s not. Often, the customer’s choice is simply whether to buy your product or nothing at all. If this is the actual choice your customer faces, it is important to determine this early in the conversation. The conversation is as follows:

Me: The home has been listed since July 2005! Do you realize this is an extremely long time for the home to stay on the market!

Seller: We have to have a break even point in order to purchase our next home in Tennessee!

Me: That's great, but the market has shown that the actual sale price is too high for this area, aren`t you concerned?

Seller: The first agent we felt wasn`t doing their job properly, the second tried but didn`t bring us any buyers, which we blame them for.Our home is gorgeous! The AC is almost new (5yrs,) the Roof is in great shape ( 12 years) and the appliances are rarely used (9yrs old).

Me; Again, that`s all well and good, but two years on the market indicates that there are issues with the price! Don`t you want to address what the real problem is?

Seller: You`re the first one who`s fixated on the price, we need to sell for $525,000 and won`t consider less! It`s not our problem how you locate a buyer, our selling price is firm!

I won`t go into more details except to tell you I looked at the seller and my watch, told them it was a genuine pleasure meeting the
