It got off to a rather rocky start, but it is alive and well today and each year more and more Americans are filing their taxes this way and it is saving our government money in administrative costs and making it easier for Americans to file the taxes.

Many people say that the government is not very good many things, but all people agree that they're very good at spending our money! Well, I have another one to add to the list; they're getting pretty good collecting to. Consider this in 2006.
