Take the childhood story, Henny Penny. Remember, she collected the grain, kneaded the dough, baked the bread, and then everyone came to her with their hand out wanting the bread?
YOU collected the grain (got the sellers and buyers to contact you), YOU kneaded the dough (prescreened the leads and decided what was a deal for you), and YOU baked the bread (bought or sold the house).
