Therefore tell corporation must lay off employees to keep its prices low and its costs low. Currently Dell has the number one market share in the United States for laptops however the Company does not know how long it can hold that especially with the battery recall. Of course Apple also had a battery recall. This just goes to show you even if you work for some of the top corporations in America your job may not be totally secure. Please consider this in 2006.
